Hello River Terrace Community!

Welcome River Terrace Community to the 34Fifty Apartments Development website.  3450 Eads LLC, in conjunction with The Neighborhood Development Company LLC and its many partners, is constructing the first Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Net-Zero Ready, Passive House Institute Certified (PHIUS) affordable housing development in the District of Columbia.  This energy efficient, four story multi-family project is nestled in the heart of Ward 7. The Eads project broke ground in January 2023 and is anticipated to bring 49 units of family-sized housing to the community by mid-year 2024.
